MY OCTOBER 22TH ACTIVITY REPORT 2024

Hola amigo de Actifit, yo soy de dioskr-swc. El día de hoy les traigo mi nuevo reporte de actividad. Hoy realicé un entrenamiento de piernas que comenzó con una sesión de saltos de cuerda para aumentar mi ritmo cardíaco y preparar mis músculos. Luego, hice un pequeño trote para mantener el ritmo cardíaco elevado y calentar aún más mis músculos.


Hello Actifit friend, I am from dioskr-swc. Today I bring you my new activity report. Today I did a leg workout that started with a jump rope session to get my heart rate up and get my muscles ready. Next, I did a short jog to keep my heart rate elevated and further warm up my muscles.

Después, pasé a los ejercicios de fuerza, empezando con sentadillas para fortalecer los músculos de las piernas, incluyendo los cuádriceps, glúteos e isquiotibiales.Complementé mi rutina con otros ejercicios de fuerza utilizando peso adicional para trabajar diferentes grupos musculares de las piernas y mejorar mi fuerza general.


Next, I moved on to strength exercises, starting with squats to strengthen my leg muscles, including my quads, glutes and hamstrings. I supplemented my routine with other strength exercises using additional weight to work different leg muscle groups and improve my overall strength.

A lo largo del día, acumulé un total de 14,000 pasos, reflejando un nivel de actividad física muy saludable y activo.
