Hola chicos espero que se encuentren bien y tengan un lindo fin de semana les vengo a traer otro reporte de actividad en esta ocasión está el día viernes 6 de septiembre, el día de hoy iniciamos el día con una caminata larga para calentar los músculos y luego de realizar todas mis actividades diarias a horas de la tarde inicié con mi entrenamiento
Hi guys I hope you are well and have a nice weekend I come to bring you another activity report this time is on Friday September 6, today we started the day with a long walk to warm up the muscles and after doing all my daily activities in the afternoon I started with my workout.
El entrenamiento de hoy fue un entrenamiento de espalda, lo realicé combinando calistenia con levantamiento de pesas y para variar un poco agregué un poco de cardio, además un entrenamiento un poco rápido por qué el clima no estaba a mi favor
Y para finalizar este post quiero desearle mucha suerte en este fin de semana y a motivarlos a que sigamos subiendo contenido de calidad para hacer crecer este gran proyecto💪✨
Today's workout was a back workout, I did it combining calisthenics with weight lifting and for a change I added some cardio, also a little fast workout because the weather was not in my favor.
