MY SEPTEMBER 4TH ACTIVITY REPORT 2024
Hola chicos nuevamente aquí les traigo mi reporte de actividad del día 2 de septiembre del 2024, el día de hoy aquí en la ciudad de maracay hubieron fuertes lluvias las cuales me dificultaron un poco el hecho de mantener me activo pero aún así salí a entrenar porque la disciplina y la constancia son pilares fundamentales en todo deporte
Hi guys again here I bring you my activity report of September 2, 2024, today here in the city of Maracay there were heavy rains which made it a little difficult to keep me active but still I went out to train because discipline and perseverance are fundamental pillars in any sport.
Hoy como mi actividad física realice un pequeño entrenamiento de espalda específicamente para el Front lever que es un movimiento avanzado de la calistenia ahí abajo les dejaré una foto y y para variar un poco me uní a unas partidas de fútbol sala para finalizar el entrenamiento de manera efectiva
Además puedo recalcar de que hoy por el clima sentí el cuerpo un poco fatigado pero aún así hicimos todo lo posible por entrenar y Bueno amigo sin más nada que decirles nos vemos en un próximo reporte de actividad le deseo suerte en sus actividades físicas o en cualquier disciplina que practiquen 💪✨
Today as my physical activity I did a little back training specifically for the Front lever which is an advanced movement of calisthenics, below I will leave a photo and for a change I joined a few games of indoor soccer to finish the training effectively.
Also I can emphasize that today because of the weather I felt the body a little fatigued but still we did our best to train and Well friend without anything else to tell you see you in a next activity report I wish you luck in your physical activities or in any discipline that you practice 💪✨.
