Hola amigos de actifit soy de dioskr-swc y el día de hoy vengo con otro reporte de actividad como pueden ver realicé una mayor cantidad de pasos ya que tuve que hacer varios viajes que incluían caminatas largas durante el día y luego en la tarde realicé aproximadamente 15 minutos de trote para luego continuar con mi entrenamiento del día de hoy

El día de hoy realicé varias actividades físicas como levantamiento de pesas, unos cuantos minutos saltos de cuerda, un poco de trote y un poco de calistenia.

Hello friends of actifit I'm from dioskr-swc and today I come with another activity report as you can see I did a bigger amount of steps as I had to make several trips that included long walks during the day and then in the afternoon I did about 15 minutes of jogging and then continue with my workout today.

Today I did several physical activities such as weight lifting, a few minutes of jumping rope, some jogging and some calisthenics.
