Mi reporte de Actifict: julio 16 2024


Hola chicos y chicas de actifit el día de hoy les vengo a traer un nuevo reporte de actividad, en el día de hoy realicé una caminata aproximadamente de 6 km y medio hacia un parque lejano de mi ubicación de dicho parque. No logré tomar fotos pero tengo una imagen de recorrido por Google mapa la cual se las dejaré a continuación además en el lugar se encontraba un salón de pool actividad la cual llevaba mucho tiempo sin realizar

  • Siguiente en la tarde como ya es rutinario fui al parque cercano a mi casa a realizar mis entrenamientos de calistenia con levantamiento de peso

Hi guys and girls of actifit today I come to bring you a new activity report, today I made a walk of approximately 6 km and a half to a park far from my location of this park. I did not manage to take pictures but I have an image of the walk by Google map which I will leave them below also in the place there was a pool hall activity which had long been a long time without doing.

  • Next in the afternoon as it is routine I went to the park near my house to do my calisthenics training with weight lifting.
