Good luck, the truth is that you have made a great investment, I have always wanted to have one, plus I imagine that can be regulated at certain speeds, I have become a little sedentary friend, before I used to be, but I'm in Home office since the pandemic and I do not leave home very often to exercise.

Thank you, Dina!
Yes, it's got a remote to switch the speed. I think the lowest is 0.5km/h and it goes up by 0.5km/h up to 6km once it's unlocked for security reasons; you might fall off to start with.. 😂 I don't intend to run on it but walk and work, so max will be 3 I should think.
Over the winter months, which are dark and cold here, I put on a little too much for my liking and something had to be done.. 😂
It's amazing that I can work some off while I work with this, but it needs a little practice and starting slowly; my legs are a bit tired from yesterday and this morning's run, but it shows, that it works.. Well, I hope anyhow and I will report back.
You should get one if you can, I've been hesitant for a very long time, because of their big size and the costs, but they've come down so much that it's more feasible and this one is so compact, it just sits folded up under the desk. It was just over £300 which I thought was ok for my budget.
Have a lovely day, my friend!
Yes indeed it is an excellent investment and I like that it is smaller, they are usually gigantic and yes they are perfect for those days when it is hard to go out because of the cold, here in Lima - Peru come dark days with cold, of course not as much as there but yes. And yes I'm sure you will do very well friend
