Hola amigos de Actifict y Hive, ¿cómo están? Espero que estén de lo mejor.

Les cuento que estos días han estado súper lluviosos, y además he tenido unas jornadas universitarias muy largas. Pero aún así, siempre busco un hueco para cumplir con mis entrenamientos. A veces no estoy muy motivado o me siento un poco cansado, pero siempre me acuerdo de la importancia de seguir adelante.

Para mí, la disciplina es clave. Aunque a veces cueste levantarse y entrenar, sé que es necesario para mejorar como atleta y como persona. La disciplina nos hace más fuertes y nos ayuda a avanzar hacia el éxito.

Así que les mando un saludo enorme y muchas bendiciones. ¡Que tengan un día genial!
