Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

El día de hoy estuve en la universidad, y llegando de ella me puse a hacer un poco de lean y un poco de push ups, breve ya que ando es descarga, pero intento hacer almenos diez minutos de postura.

Today I was at the university, and coming back from it I started to do some lean and some push ups, short since I'm resting, but I try to do at least ten minutes of posture.

Hacer estos ejercicios en días que no llego a entrenar me ayudan a acostumbrarme a realizar las correcciones necesarias.

Doing these exercises on days when I don't get to train helps me get used to making the necessary corrections.
