Believe Leads - Football World 🌎
Victor James Osimhen is a decent criterion of the statement Slum to the World. On Monday, the Nigerian-born striker shared a photo of himself playing at Napoli amidst his present superb form with a photo of him playing in the ghetto back then. I believe he is the tall guy standing without cloth and watching how the ball moves.
Osimhen cracked the internet last year after Napoli signed him from Lile with a club-record fee of $96m and becomes the most expensive player in the whole of Africa. And just yesterday he's linked with Chelsea football club, Osimeh has always loved to watch his idol Drogba playing at Chelsea when growing up. Not only Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Manchester United are also routing for the 22-year-old striker.
Victor Osimhen grew up alongside his brother Andrew and 4 other siblings in Olusosun, a small community around Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. source
Victor Osimhen has scored 7 goals in his last 6 games for the Italian side Napoli and even ported one goal in their defeat yesterday against Spartak Moscow of Russia in the Europa League Game. Napoli is presently leading the Serie A Table securing 6 wins in 6 games with 18 points.
Who would have thought that the young tall guy would be where he's today and some of the biggest clubs out there are eager to sign him! Anything is possible in football not only in football but in life. If you're passionate about your dream and have the burning desire to succeed at it, surely you will get there. It’s a quote by Napoleon Hill in the Think and Grow Rich book "What you think believe you can conceive". Osimhen, the ghetto boy has now changed the lives of all his family today!

Champions League
Lionel Messi scored a stunning goal as his first goal for PSG against Manchester City of England. The football fans around the world have been expecting the Argentine to end his goal drought and it came in shocking during the clash at the UCL night against City. Some said that the goal deserves the wait. Messi scored the second goal for PSG to secure the victory against Man City moving them to the first in the table.
Ronaldo scored a late dramatic goal and gave Manchester United the victory at Old Trafford. Nobody thought Man U was going to win the match due to the horrible performance on Wednesday night. The Spain side Villareal would have bagged two to three goals in the first half but missed the golden opportunities. Checking the game stats shows that Villarreal had 3 big chances created while Man U only has one. In the second half, Alcacer sent the Spain side up front in the 53 minutes but the United left-back Alex Telles leveled the game, and the football legend, Ronaldo gave United the victory at 90+5 minutes. Ronaldo now has the UCL records with Most UCL appearances, Most UCL goals (136), Most UCL goals in a season (17), Most UCL knock-out stage goals, Scored in three finals, Five-time winner of the competition with two different clubs Man United and Real Madrid.
Karim Benzema becomes the first-ever player to score in 17 consecutive UCL seasons overtaking Ronaldo, Messi, and Giggs 16 times records. He's now surpassed Raul to become the fourth-highest all-time goal-scorer in the UEFA Champions League history.
The extensively football shocking news during this week is a football club created Sheriff Tiraspol less than 25 years ago (1997) with unverified Twitter account and less than 15K followers crush a club with 13-times European champions at their home! Before the team was founded in 1997, Real Madrid had already won 27 Laliga, 6 European Cups, and 17 Copas del Ray. The lowest rank side in the competition beat the club with the highest number of UCL trophies!!! The victory has boosted the team around the world and now has more than 30K followers on their Twitter account.
One of the players from Sheriff Tiraspol Sébastien Thill who scored the winning goal has a leg tattoo of himself dreaming of the Champions League! Imagine the feeling! Remember that whatever you think and believe you can achieve will be achievable if you keep working towards it!
Mo Sallah becomes the second UCL African highest goal scorer in history after scoring twice against Porto. The Ivorian international Didier Drogba is leading by 44 goals, Mohamed Salah now has 31 goals and the third is Samuel Eto from Cameroon with 30 goals. With the present Mo Sallah form, he will break the record very soon!
Sadio Mane keeps his good record ongoing vs Porto after playing 5 matches against Porto and scoring 5!

I'm french so I watch Ligue 1 every weekend.
I remember the first time I saw Osimhen play for Lille...just a few minutes on the pitch was enough for me to know that this guy was special.
Powerful, good pace, killer instinct, he was just too good. I'm really happy to see him succeed in Italy and I hope to see him very soon in one of the best clubs in Europe.
Good post
