Que tal mis buenos amigos de @fulldeportes y la familia de hive, un saludo cordial para todos ustedes, En esta ocasión les traigo unos Ejercicios muy buenos para fortalecer ese abdomen y añadir más soporte a tu cuerpo y a tus órganos.

Estos músculos del abdomen, considero son un tema vital para la estabilidad general del cuerpo, además, al desarrollar está zona, ayuda enormemente a tener más fuerza y control para muchas otras rutinas, e incluso, para mejorar en los deportes.

These abdominal muscles, I consider, are a vital issue for the general stability of the body, in addition, by developing this area, it helps enormously to have more strength and control for many other routines, and even to improve in sports.

No obstante, siempre deben tener presente que para una rápida y mejor definición, es necesario, incluir en nuestra alimentación altas cantidades de proteínas y disminuir un poco los carbohidratos (harinas), OJO, digo disminuir, no eliminar, ya que, los carbohidratos también tienen un rol importante en nuestro organismo, y en este sentido, ambos términos son fuentes de energía para las células, tejidos y órganos del cuerpo. EYE, I say reduce, not eliminate, since carbohydrates also have an important role in our body, and in this sense, both terms are sources of energy for the cells, tissues and organs of the body.

Ahora bien, sin más preámbulos, quiero mencionar, que, para este contenido, compartiré 4 diferentes movimientos, los cuales se enfocarán en el RECTO ABDOMINAL Y LOS OBLICUOS.

Now, without further ado, I want to mention that, for this content, I will share 4 different movements, which will focus on the RECTS ABDOMINALS AND THE OBLIQUES.

Nota: Traten de enfocarse 100% en el ejercicio y mantenerlo contraído en todo momento. La idea es desarrollar el potencial que tiene esta parte de tu cuerpo. Porque, solo se logrará, realizando los ejercicios de manera eficiente.

Note: Try to focus 100% on the exercise and keep it contracted at all times. The idea is to develop the potential that this part of your body has. Because, it will only be achieved by performing the exercises efficiently

Antes de comenzar con el calentamiento, tenemos que tomar en cuenta que está rutina está basada en tiempo transcurrido, tanto de ejercicio, como de recuperación (30 segundos). Ahora bien, para el calentamiento realizamos 2 series, iniciamos con: Estiramiento Lateral (En Movimiento), Seguidamente y sin recuperación de por medio hacemos Codo A Rodilla, tomamos el descanso respectivo y continuamos con Contracción Abdominal (lado a lado), seguimos sin pausa con Estiramiento en Movimiento (Tensores de La Cadera). Duración de cada movimiento: 30 segundos.

Before starting with the warm-up, we have to take into account that this routine is based on elapsed time, both of exercise and recovery (30 seconds). Now, for the warm-up we perform 2 series, we start with: Lateral Stretch (In Motion), Then and without recovery in between we do Elbow To Knee, we take the respective rest and continue with Abdominal Contraction (side to side), we continue without pause with Stretching in Motion (Hip Tensioners). Duration of each movement: 30 seconds.

Posteriormente, Es necesario hacer énfasis en la moderación de recuperación respecto a la fatiga de los músculos, así como también el control de la respiración y equilibrio del mismo. Entonces, todos los ejercicios tendrán una duración de 30 segundos cada uno. Y la recuperación entre ellos será de 30 segundos, y entre series 2:00 minutos.

Subsequently, it is necessary to emphasize the moderation of recovery with respect to muscle fatigue, as well as the control of breathing and its balance. So, all the exercises will last 30 seconds each. And the recovery between them will be 30 seconds, and between series 2:00 minutes

La estructura de la rutina será de la siguiente manera:

The structure of the routine will be as follows:

1.) CONTRACCIONES EN V-SIT.
2.) PLANCHA LATERAL CON ROTACIÓN (Ambos Sentidos).
3.) ELEVACIÓN DE PIERNAS.
4.) BLACK WIDOW.

2.) SIDE PLANK WITH ROTATION (Both Ways).
3.) LEG RAISES.
4.) BLACK WIDOW.

Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.


They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
