I when to clinic this morning but everywhere was fill up with alot of people who came with their need to the clinic it looks like the government is giving the free medication today.

I was told that the population has reduced drastically compared to early morning time

I was not able to achieve what took me there, even though I was told to come back tomorrow because of the crowd.

I live in Canada and the need for Health Clinics is always high. Despite being a first world country we experience Doctor shortages and long wait times for diagnostics. Care is expensive and rationed unless you're rich, a politician, a celebrity or in an extreme emergency.
It's not ideal, and we get used to waiting, but it's far better than nothing.
