EPL Matchday 13 – Sheffield United (3) vs Manchester United (3) - Recap
It is another awesome day again, lots of great things happening around, bright skies and an amazing weather. The EPL matchday 13 have begun and so far, it has been awesome and entertaining. Yesterday was a very interesting one between Sheffield United vs Manchester United. The Red Devils looked completely clueless for most parts of the game but took a surprise turnaround when they cameback from 2-0 deficit to lead 2-3 in just about 7 minutes but later gave the lead up to leave the Bramall Lane with just a deserved single point. Here are the results of this week's premier league fixtures...
It was a sad experience for the Sheffield United manager and their fans after the team threw away a 2-0 lead only to search for a point in the late stages of the game, after Manchester United took the lead. However, Sheffield United will take a lot of positives from this game as they were clearly the better team, dominating Manchester United and scoring two amazing goals. All thanks to goals by John Fleck and Lys Mousset who gave Sheffield United the 2-0 lead.
The Manchester United manager had to revert back to a back 4 in the second half, but conceded few minutes later, however, his second half substitution proved to have worked wonders as Greenwood (the second half substitute) scored the equalizer for Manchester United after Williams had already gotten a goal back for the Red Devils. Marcus Rashford finally put Manchester United in front in the 79th minute to make it 2-3. In just a spacing of nine minutes, Manchester United were able to score 3 goals. It wasn’t looking good for the Sheffield United camp, but all thanks to a late 90th minute equalizing goal by Oli McBurnie to snatch a point at home against Manchester United. I really enjoyed the later stages of the game as a neutral, but I had to feel for Sheffield United as they deservedly should have won that game.
