My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2025
Although the suggestion for today was recovery, I decided to listen to my body, which was simply crying out for some physical activity. I decided to do a sprint workout with a total of 12 ten-second intervals at 150% strength. I expected this workout to be hard, but in the end I didn't even break a sweat. That's why I supplemented everything with planned steps.
