My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2025
For years, my main driving force has been stubbornness. When my fitness planner, Garmin, told me in the morning that it was a day off, I couldn't help but be surprised.
Okay, I slept badly, the week was hard on the business side, but also devoid of any strenuous physical activities. Hell, I don't expect Garmin to be my psychologist, but a coach who will make me suffer every kilometer the next day, despite a drunken evening.
So I started the day with a light 1.5-hour walk. After a lunch, I rode my first, base training at 50% power. And then, after a short break, I rode a real Base training at 60% power for a total of 1.5 hours. And the result is that I feel great 😁
Garmin, watch out, you are on the verge of returning after x years to the only training I could ever compare to the abuse that the living creature gave me during my years of cycling training - Sufferfest 🤣
