Finally, Garmin suggested a slightly stronger cycling training. Threshold 15 minutes with 15 minutes of ramp up warm-up and 15 minutes of rest. I ran the training on the MyWhoosh platform by manually creating the corresponding ERG file. In the end, it could have been a little harder, I have the impression that I was not in the threshold zone long enough, but a welcome change. I completed everything with 10k steps.
