Activity 38 of 2025: February 7th
I slightly improved the way of training, I created a training plan on Garmin. This training plan is dated 4/16. as a target day by which I should be in good shape. The interesting thing about Garmin plans is that they are not fixed. This plan takes into account numerous parameters of my current physical condition, combines them with daily activities, in order to give the optimal level of training for each day to achieve the goal. The first day was very busy. I drove Sprint training, which is 95% of the time in Zone 2. What makes it difficult is as many as 28 sprints of ten seconds each with very little rest between each two sprints. I supplemented this training with a standard walk of 10,000 steps. A very active day, I'm satisfied.
