Activity 1: January 1 2025
Happy new year!
I hope that you celebrated the entry into 2025 with you dear people and full of enthusiasm and positive energy.
Traditionally, the first day of the new year is the day when we promise ourselves big changes. Very often, on January 1st, I went on long rides or did long training sessions to mark that desire to make the new year more active than the one before it. This year, I'm starting easy.
There were a lot of walks, and one of them, a walk with Koko, an adorable French bulldog, I recorded on my Garmin as the first activity of 2025.
In the coming days I will of course increase it, and I am also preparing for a very nice trip in just ten days. Let's move on!
