Feb. 27, 23: Routine, Chores, Laps, TV, and Games

[Crapola! I've only got about an hour to get this post done before I need to get ready for work. 😱]

Man! I guess I smoked too much yesterday and/or coughed too hard 'cus my throat amd sinuses were absolutely killing me today. 😢 Feels like I pulled a muscle by my voice box and it's a sharp pain whenever I swallow...makes me swallow hard/weird which stresses other muscles and spreads the pain around. My own fault, pretty sure. 🤨

Full disclosure, I'm having one hell of a time trying to pin down where the friggin' day went...I can't think of anything I did (other than WAX stuff) so where did all that time go? I don't think I crashed out, can't recall playing Quest at all, can't think of anything I did, so what the heck, man?!

Got to bed at nine last night, got up sometime around one or so and moved out to the couch, but then made it until around five thirty for a solid eight and a half hours. 😀

Waking up was a mixed bag...was extremely disappointed to find that the internet was still out [and still is, faaaaaack!] but, on the other hand, I got a bunch of pings from the Pizza giveaways I'd won. 🤑 (more BUDS incoming 😛)

Not much going on with the morning routine otherwise. I did do a bit more token shifting than usual testing out a new tool: hivegadgets. Pretty cool, it lets you sell off a bunch of token dust all at once (which is helpful) but even more helpful is the ability to batch transfer tokens! That saved me a shitton of button clicking sending stuff over to Solairitas. 😁

Checked on the crypto markets and we had a mixed bag of reds and greens. HIVE, of course, continues to be red...going to $.4 here like I called it? The kicker, though, was more red on MATIC and green on ETH...hurts my loss and I didn't look, I know it's worse. 😭

Worked on my post for the day and did an absolutely epic one...nearly nineteen hundred words, one of my longest posts ever! Got it done and published and shared and then there's the gaping blackness of what the heck did I do for hours and hours?

I suppose I did burn quite a bit of time messing around on Discord and playing Gold and Goblins, got a shower, and I did watch some criminal psychology videos, so I guess that explains a few hours.

Was playing around with Karina's draw function, and though most if it looks the same and is crap, I thought this one was pretty cool, Pineapple Queen:

I couldn't help myself, either...I don't really have any intention of trying to sell them, but a one card "collection" isn't much of a collection, so I made another NFT:

I guess my one goal for the day (not exactly too ambitious, but something I suppose) was to create a WAX wallet for Mythix so that I can create a collection for it that it owns (rather than my personal account) and funded it with a bit of RAM and CPU:

I don't have Wombat VIP for that account, though, so the CPU cost won't be paid and I have a feeling I don't have nearly enough to get it done. For now, though, I've secured the wallet and opened the possibilities. (Still need to figure out how that will work, though...how to get back and forth between instances of a card and ultimately how to integrate WAX into the site, but that's getting way ahead of myself).

I got logged in with Anchor and everything, but to be honest I'm a little nervous about it; Anchor recognized the Active Key, but not the Owner. 😭 While I obviously currently have control, if the keys were ever to be compromised I'm not sure that the owner key will even work...for now it doesn't matter, but if there's significant funds in there eventually, could be a security issue. 🤔 Then again, it might just have been something with Anchor...I did put the Owner Key in when I made the account.

When Wenche got home from work she made us French toast for dinner and we watched some live TV for a while (but the signal was really bad). I still had like seven thousand steps left for the day (and I felt guilty about cheating) so I did some laps to finish up...did shake a little, but I made an effort at least. Got the WombPlay challenges actually done after the reset, got ready for bed, and then put on Paul to watch until bedtime.

[Half hour until class and still no internet...going to be interesting to see if the phone network can handle me streaming video and audio. Still a good hundred words short as well, hopefully complaining about games will make up the difference. 🤞😜 Well, alright...basically done with four minutes to spare, but I have a feeling my twelve hundred words wont be enough to qualify for the Bro vote; we'll see. ]

Splinterlands:
Woah! I don't believe it! My Splinterlands rental income was three dollars for today!!! 😲🤑 Been a long time since I got that much. The corresponding fee was pricey as well, but I'm not going to complain about a jump like that, especially when I've been blowing my liquid as fast as it's coming in. 😁

Claimed my SPS interest, paid the (high) rental fee, and left the rest liquid saving up...looking like it's going to take like five days to get a hundred at this pace. 😡

Four days equals four SIM..crazy town, dShitty, how can your economy withstand this kind of hyperinflation?!

RS:
I ran a mission in the morning since my Ego was nonzero and I actually remembered to go back in later in the day and got an extra mission in there. For now my Ego is under control, so keeping on with missions for as long as I can.

HK:
Guess I'm getting some more BUDS and an avatar (I think) from the Pizza giveaways which still represent the vast majority of the "progress" I've made with this...more to dump at the end of the day, I guess, hopefully will help to at least break even.

GLX:
Pulled out thirty-five again, swapped them out for around three HIVE or so, and staked up the rest. Immediately spent the funds on WAX to get the mythixvrnfts account started.

WOO:
Claimed my stake and delegation rewards for the day as well as the airdrop, but still no mining rewards.

I'm kinda' starting to feel a little stupid and butthurt about this one now...sounds like people are already starting to make income from their lands and I'm just sitting here humming and hawing about it...need to shit or get off the pot, I think.
