Yeaj, as far as I know, there are no really immediate effects of creatine, it makes sense only taken regularly to build high concentration in organism. I bought creatine monohydrate with taurine added, But I didn't research any other supplements you mentioned. When I had my YT research few months ago I remember a phrase from on videos, that there are not that many supplements making it worth taking besides creatine and whey protein, however this could be basic level. I stopped eating additional protein at some point, because I don't eat enough protein from food anyway, this is my biggest struggle on the way to gain muscle mass.

If you are not eating a lot of red meat, you will probably benefit from creatine. There are a small fraction of people who are creatine non-responders.

I don't eat red meat at all, neither white. A lot of eggs and fish together with beans and nuts, I need to really work hard to have these proteins in my diet :D
