My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2025

Today is day 1 of my #seven77 regimen. I'm starting fresh, doing the same 3 sets of pushups, raised leg crunches, and bicycle kicks. I'm going to do it again until it becomes too easy. Might look to add something new to the mix next time...

I got up early and we all went to church with my parents to celebrate Easter. After the service, we went to their house for lunch. My wife and I hid the eggs for the kids, who loved running all over the house trying to find them.

We took my son home afterwards, and we went out for a sorry bike ride. I had just recently received this bike from my parents' former neighbor who just moved out last week. It needed some air in the tires and it'll need some more work, but it's in a usable state right now. My son didn't want to go for very long, so I brought him home and I went out for a short bike ride around the block. I hadn't done that in years, and my legs felt like jelly by the end. It was hard to go up and down the stairs!

After I got home, my son and I watched some Bakuage Sentai BoomBoomger before I laid down for a nap. I was exhausted and needed a recharge! After the nap, I procured food for all of us, helped my son with his homework, and then my wife and I played some more Baldur's Gate 3 after she put him to bed.
