My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2025
Today is day 77 of my #seven77 regimen. I have completed my first round of 3 sets of pushups, raised leg crunches, and bicycle kicks! This one was harder than the last round, where I did 2 sets of each of the exercises. But that just means I have to do it all over again, starting tomorrow!
Beyond that, I don't really have much more to report for today. It was a relaxing day, which I definitely needed. Still did the dishes, made dinner, and helped my daughter clean herself up in the bath.
