Scheduling conflicts meant my field tech couldn't make it out today. So I grumbled a bit, then played with my kids for a bit. I took my son to go play with my parents tonight, then made a supply run to Costco. One massive grocery bill later, and I am now fully stocked.
After I got home and unloaded everything, I played with my daughter, did the dishes, made dinner, and then spent some time with my wife.

what do you mean by 77regimen?
#seven77 is an old hashtag that predates the Hive fork. It's 7 pushups a day for 77 days. I've done several of these now. My current regimen is three sets of 7 pushups, inverted crunches, and seated bicycle kicks. This is my first time doing three sets. I finished two regimens of two sets prior.
