Today is day 13 of my #seven77 regimen. I had work all day, with field techs getting work done. So I had to be on point to make sure they had the support they needed. My daughter was being cute, trying to "help" me with my job. It was cute...

I made dinner for the family, we ate, and my kids and I played for a bit before bed. After that, my wife and I spent some quality time before I did my pushups and ab exercises and meeting my wife in bed.
