My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025

Today is day 11 of my #seven77 regimen. It was a lot more stressful than normal. My daughter was throwing tantrums, I had a difficult project at work, my wife is sick and barely slept at all, and the house is getting away from me. I still was able to do the dishes today and clean up the dining table. I also reinstalled Windows on my laptop and got it updated. So it wasn't a completely wasted day, but it was a stressful one. I'm looking forward to the weekend...
