My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2024

Today is day 6 of my #seven77 regimen. Today's pushups were harder than others I've done. I think I might have put my stance a little too narrow. Live and learn, I guess....

My son had no school today, classes were cancelled for a professional development day. So we went out for breakfast at IHOP! We had pancakes, fruits, milk, it was a good start to the day. Then I had to deal with some work bullshit that spilled over from what I was doing yesterday, which took a few hours to deal with. After I got that dealt with, we all headed out to this aquarium in the Rosedale Mall. We fed a bunch of fish, and then went upstairs to the parakeet room where they have over 150 birds that you can feed!

We might have turned my daughter into a Disney princess...

She hated it, though! The birds had little claws on their feet and she didn't like how it felt. Ah well, that's how it goes sometimes...

After thoroughly wearing out our kids, I dropped them off at home with my wife while I went out grocery shopping for dinner. I cleaned up the kitchen, we all ate, I got the kids to bed, it was a long, productive day!
