My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2024

I spent the morning with my kids, cleaning and getting them to play nice with their toys. We got some cleaning done, folded laundry, and then my sun and I went to my coworker's house for my son to play with his kids. Meanwhile, the grownups played board games together. I had to wrangle my son a wee bit, but otherwise he behaved himself. Thankfully, they enjoyed playing tag together and running through the house. Nothing like that toddler energy, let me tell ya...

When I got home, I got the kids to bed, spent some time with my wife, and then hammered out my #seven77 workout. That marks 11 days, well on my way to reaching my goal! Talk about an effective day!
