Actifit: 5th Avr 2025 - In Rome, spring has also awoken

A beautiful spring day welcomes the beginning of my journey to Rome and, since I am in plenty of advance, I get off at a bus stop not far from Piazza Garibaldi.

While I was waiting for the train that I had booked to arrive, I happened to meet an old friend of mine, Paolo, with whom I bet on the success of the trip we were about to take.

I was well in advance but the time of departure arrived early and I made a beautiful journey by train enjoying the breathtaking views of Campania and Lazio.

After three hours of travel we arrived in Rome and in the meantime we met some friends who we found to have taken the same train since they had posted on social media.

The station of Roma Termini puts you immediately in front of the archaeological beauties of the Roman civilization that have bequeathed to the capital a huge baggage of works fruit of centuries of domination of their culture.

In Rome we are also well ahead of schedule and we had plenty of time to do a quick tour of the city before joining the event.

What fascinates the capital are the huge spaces with which they have been colonized the seven hills on which the capital is built and the grandeur of the structures present.

In these photos you can see how the city climbs on the reliefs of the city here we are on the Esquilino where stands the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.

As the lunch time was approaching we decided to walk towards Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia to consume our breakfasts.

Unfortunately, even if it seems that there is a lot of time, you do not have the opportunity to deepen the places to visit in the city so I have to settle for taking some pictures on the fly.

The meeting is in this wonderful park of the city of Rome and very fortunately we were able to sit on the few wooden benches present which allowed me to reorganize my backpack cramming heavy jacket and sweater since we reached already 25 degrees Celsius.

My group arrived in Rome and we went to pick up the boys at the station to take them directly into the procession. I am from a European multicultural group.

And from the Imperial Forum I salute all of the extraordinary Hive blockchain pioneers brilliant creators of crypto content for a wonderful prosperous future and Alive.

A Roma anche la primavera si è risvegliata

Una bellissima giornata primaverile accoglie l'inizio del mio viaggio verso Roma e, visto che sono in abbondante anticipo, scendo ad una fermata prima di autobus poco lontana da Piazza Garibaldi.

Mentre aspettavo che arrivasse il treno che avevo prenotato incontro casualmente un mio vecchio amico, Paolo, col quale scommettevo sul buon esito del viaggio che stavamo per intraprendere.

Ero in abbondante anticipo ma l'ora della partenza è arrivata presto e ho fatto un bellissimo viaggio in treno godendomi i panorami mozzafiato delle terre campane e laziali.

Dopo tre ore di viaggio siamo arrivati a Roma e nel frattempo ci siamo riuniti ad alcuni amici che abbiamo scoperto aver preso lo stesso treno poiché avevano postato sui social.

La stazione di Roma Termini ti mette subito davanti alle bellezze archeologiche della civiltà romana che hanno lasciato in eredità alla capitale un enorme bagaglio di opere frutto di secoli di dominio della loro cultura.

Anche a Roma siamo in abbondante anticipo sulla tabella di marcia ed abbiamo avuto tutto il tempo di fare un veloce giro turistico della città prima di unirci alla manifestazione.

Ciò che affascina della capitale sono gli enormi spazi con i quali sono stati colonizzati i sette colli su cui si edifica la capitale e l'imponenza delle strutture presenti.

In queste foto si evince come la città si arrampichi sui rilievi della città qui siamo sull'Esquilino dove sorge la Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.

Visto che si avvicinava l'orario di pranzo abbiamo deciso di incamminarci verso Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II di Savoia per consumare le nostre colazioni.

Purtroppo, anche se sembra che ci sia molto tempo, non si ha l'occasione di approfondire i luoghi da visitare della città quindi mi devo accontentare di scattare qualche foto al volo.

La riunione è in questo meraviglioso parco della città di Roma e molto fortunatamente siamo riusciti a sederci sulle poche panchine in legno presenti il che mi ha consentito di riorganizzare il mio zaino stipando giubbino pesante e maglione dato che siamo arrivati già a 25 gradi Celsius.

Il mio gruppo è arrivato a Roma e siamo andati a prendere i ragazzi alla stazione per portarli direttamente dentro al corteo. Sono di una comitiva multiculturale europea.
