My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #112

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Even if the sun dominates unchallenged, giving us another beautiful hot day, in the sky you can see clouds that testify traces of cold air at high altitude that destabilize the atmosphere.

Today Gaetano keeps me company in my
#imalivechallenge 112. Here he is enjoying a nice plate of spaghetti with an #alive smile. My kitchen seems to like him. Mom says I usually eat spaghetti in white. With me she has no vices.

After lunch we go to the supermarket to do the shopping together. He made me buy different kinds of chips. No problem, but I decide dinner for him and he needs protein and vegetables.

We will just be able to return because then the weather has turned ugly. Little bad, the taste of a walk did not take away the bad weather.
