My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2022 - We are Alive IAAC #10 - Hard long road to summer fitness

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

A crisp spring battles with the latest winter phenomena this morning. The sun, increasingly presence in the sky, struggles to fight with an icy cloud at high altitude. While a cold and stiff wind from the north prevents us from permanently taking off our jackets even during the day.

This morning I woke up at dawn and ran down the subway to reach my son Gaetano. He is a bit lazy, so I go to pick him up at my ex-partner's house and take him for a long walk to the municipal park. Before, he was a little reluctant to walk and the first time I took him it was very difficult for me to walk a lot with him. But then he enjoyed it so much that he didn't even want to go back to eat so much that I had to organize a picnic on the fly. What can I say I took the opportunity to stay in contact with the fresh grass of the lawn, a return to the ancestral habits of when I too was his age.

This morning the park was particularly crowded and a birthday party animated it in a hellish disco atmosphere. In short, a quiet Saturday in the park has almost turned into a chaotic village party with my sorry :);).

But in your opinion, such a beautiful walk in the park was enough for me to feel #alive for my 10th stage of the # IAmAliveChallenge?

Obviously No and tonight I went down with a friend of mine to take a walk in Naples on the enchanting Caracciolo seafront in the photo are the restaurants of the Borgo dei marinai and some luxury hotels lined up on the opposite side of the seafront. The photos are taken on the walkway that connects the road to the Castello dell'Ovo.
