My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025

The past few days and weeks activities have finally caught up with me. I'm feeling fatigued. It's not a big problem, but I need to slow down for a few days. When things like cold sores appear, I know that I have overdone things a little.

It's strange that going away on an active holiday can have this effect, but that's the way it is!

After a few quieter days, I will be right as rain again. 😁

Today, it was nice to catch up with some family members, including grandchildren.
A good way to chill.
