My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2024

I think today was the perfect autumn day! Starting off chilly ❄️, but when the sun came up, it transformed into a glorious warm tranquil day ☀️. I soon needed to remove my jacket because I do an active physical job, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy equipment around 🚚. Don't get me wrong, the temperatures were about 8°C when I started work, but around 17°C at 3pm when I finished. Not a huge range but when you have very warm clothing on and then generate heat working it gets uncomfortable very quickly 🔥 😀.
