My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2024

During the summer our council is leaving some areas of the meadows to run wild. They do this to allow wild grass and flowers to mature and attract more insects as pollinators. I think it's a great idea.

Of course, summer is now over, and so these areas have now been cut and tidied up for the winter. I look forward to seeing the same next year.

My picture shows an example of the sign posts around the parks that explain this.

Now that the autumn season is well under way, focus changes to clearing up fallen leaves 🍃 . A never ending task! 😆
