After a very chilly start at 5°C early this morning, the sunshine appeared, and by mid afternoon, the temperature had recovered to reach a dizzying 17°C. It was actually quite pleasant outside as I left work at 3pm.
I hope this continues as I have a few days off work coming up. At this stage of the autumn, we can not expect a return to any heatwaves now. The next thing to expect is frost! ❄️
