My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2024
A lovely dawn sky welcomed me at work today. With a great view across the open space of the airport. The sky stayed fairly clear all morning, only clouding over a little towards late afternoon.
I completed another average day at work.
Daylight is now getting shorter, and it shows at my usual 6am start time. I do hope that we get at least another warm spell before autumn sets in. September and even October have a habit of surprising us with great weather. Let's hope so!
On work days like today, step totals are high. But on the flip side, days off can be very low. This can be a problem when competing in a competition like @poliac as I do. We all need rest days, but this can impact results. I suppose that is part ofvthe fun of it, because surprising results can and do mix up the leaderboard with regularity!
