My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2024
It has been quite a hot day. I spent as much time as possible in the chiller room preparing our flight catering 😁. Two long-haul flights on the Boeing dreamliner. Each flight is a truck load. Quite a lot of equipment to be exchanged. We have just enough room to remove some of the old catering before starting to load the new catering.
But now, for some rest! Ahh! Yes, but also time for a ride. I ill be venturing out again on my mountain bike on one of my days off work. Not sure which day yet, I'll decide when I get a better picture of how hot the weather is! I don't like the hottest weather as it can be uncomfortable 😫.
Best to opt for a cooler day, or late afternoon/evening 🤔. Taking plenty of hydration too. I'll start planning the route right now! 😅
