My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2024
Wow! Another hot one today at 30°+.
That may not seem hot to you, but it is not very common here in England. But when we do have a hot spell, we cannot cope very well 😫. Our skin burns easily and it feels uncomfortable.
I quite like these hot days, but it is usually accompanied by high humidity as well. That can make it rather uncomfortable, especially if you are active, maybe at work or just busy at home like I was today.
Some garden chores to be done and a trip to the local amenity tip too.
With that completed OK I settled down in the afternoon to rest a bit. Back to work in the morning for me.
