Ouch! My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2024
Oh dear!
I failed miserably to get there today. To achieve the 5k steps, that is!
It all started with an accident this morning. I stepped on a piece of broken glass in the kitchen, and the claret flowed.....and flowed.
As it turns out not too serious but the inconvenience is the real issue. So due to having to tread carefully all day, I just kept my feet up most of the day. 😕
These things happen don't they!

So I have such a feeling that we didn't win our tennis tournament today. He will have to decide "doubles"
