While the new summer flowers erupt into life, the airport also erupts into the summer schedule.

It has been very hot for the time of year too. My car indicated a temperature of 27°C. It was a lovely day but not one to be spent at work!

I actually had to wear my sunglasses out there in the bright sunshine. Essential when guiding vehicles around the aircraft and looking up to check for any damage! This is part of the job, always being vigilant and alert around the airport.
