My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2024
A gloriously sunny morning here at Gatwick Airport. A little chilly, but the sunshine was so strong!
We had a problem making ourselves look busy today as our airline catering schedule was very low. Just one log haul flight to supply new catering. Also, an inbound flight to be stripped of catering.
With two teams assigned for airside work, this means one job each. A lot of time spare to just try and look busy! 🤣
After lunch, luckily, a job came up. Me and my colleague were given a job to deliver a few cash books to the change bureau in the South terminal. A simple job, but which meant a little bit of walking to do because of access issues we needed to first go airside, then landside into the terminal. Drop the goods, then back through security to the truck then out of the vehicle gate again.
The day didn't drag too much after all! 🤔
