My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2024

With spring just around the corner, this photo sums this up! While there are plenty of places where daffodils are already open, these ones are waiting for their moment to burst open as we approach spring itself.

I was glad to find dry weather today, an opportunity to wash the car, so that's what I did. The car was really dirty after a prolonged wet period. There was no point taking the car to a carwash! With the dirt so ground in, it never removes all of it and misses bits, too! 😵‍💫😒.

The wheels are another problem. The allow wheels have complex spokes, which collect a lot of brake dust. This is difficult to remove, so it needs to be done manually. There's no way a machine can do this! An old toothbrush is a good tool for this.

Later, after all this hard work, it was nice to go for a meal at a local carvery restaurant 😋. That was just the ticket!
