My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2024

After a welcome slow start this morning, I finally managed to find the willpower to venture out into the 🥶.

Well, I wasn't that cold but it's winter and when you're snug as a bug in a rug it's not that easy! 😩

So off we went. A spot of shopping, followed by family visits, children off to school etc. I'm quite glad we don't have this to endure now, but occasionally of course our offspring need assistance.

I really need to carry out some repairs on my mountain bike. It needs a new crank bearing. Makes an awful noise when riding, crackling and snapping sounds. I will dismantle it soon to replace the cartridge.
