We are now approaching the winter solstice at last! Less than a week to go and then days get longer again. 🌞

After a nice birthday party for one of our very young grandchildren I carried out some small repairs on a dining chair then sorted out some rubbish for the tip. It's always a good time of year to do this. When it's perhaps not so nice outside, lovely and warm inside, that's reason enough for me anyway! 😄 Not so nice for the animals though.
