My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2022

Day two of my recovery from a nasty stomach bug so I didn't get out of the house at all today. Not only that but failed for the second day to pass the Actifit step minimum 😱. Now that's a shock!

I have been regularly posting my Actifit posts for two and a half years now. Only missing the occasional day in that time. I am disappointed not to be able to report a healthy step count but that's life I suppose.

This autumn and winter I have never experienced so many infections one after the other since September. I am now feeling very drained indeed. I don't think I am the only one either.

Hopefully soon these bugs will die down or else there won't be any more for me to catch 😆.
