My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2022
A lot of walking at work added to a large step count, over 20,000! I have been in the kitchens for the last few days and as a junior so to speak, it means running about looking for equipment.
With trucks of cooked food being despatched each day means lots of equipment also going out. So there is always a shortage of food trays for example. Quite a relief when a truckload of empty trays comes back.
A short trip to a local supermarket in the evening added a few more steps!
With @macfit starting again tomorrow, and two more days of kitchen madness, I should be in contention this time, hopefully! 😁
