Another average shift at Gatwick airport!
When you are given a list of flights to cater, just by sheer odds, there is always one that bucks the trend, or spoils the show. If an aircraft 'goes tech' for instance, another way of saying not serviceable. Then another one is used instead. There is always a 'hot spare' available ready to go! So this happened to us but the only problem was that we had already catered the grounded aircraft. So that meant removing the food and putting it on to the hot spare. Passengers will know this by having to change gates at short notice.
Earlies tomorrow so no late night movie for me!
