The David's Actifit Adventures: Nutria and a more-cereals-bread

Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my yesterday daily activities, on March 16, 2023.

In the morning I prepared material and went to the bread shop, buying a bread made with more cereals. I had lunch at home and walked in the surroundings, seeing someone similar to a Nutria (or Coypu). I returned home, trained my self with some simple exercises and washed me. I had dinner and went to bed after a herbal tea.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 16 Marzo 2023.

In mattinata ho preparato del materiale e sono andato in panetteria, comprando un pane fatto con più cereali. Ho pranzato a casa e ho passeggiato nei dintorni, vedendo qualcuno simile a una Nutria. Sono tornato a casa, mi sono allenato con qualche semplice esercizio e mi sono lavato. Ho cenato e sono andato a nanna dopo una tisana.
