Actifit Report Card: 09 04 2023 - Ein stressiger Start in die Woche

Der Start in diese Woche verlief weniger entspannt als erhofft. Anstatt, wie geplant ab Heute jeden Tag etwas Sport zu machen, musste ich mich kurzfristig um sehr viele Angelegenheiten kümmern die nicht auf den Plan standen. Obwohl ich es Heute nicht geschafft habe zum Sport zu gehen, stehen auf der App mehr als 15.000 Schritte zu buche. Zwar hatte ich vor aktiver zu sein, aber in dem Maße brauche ich es nicht jeden Tag 😅. Damit einen guten Start in die Woche.
