Hola amigos de HIVE y Actifit, Hoy en mi día de entrenamiento al llegar al parque, calenté e hice una rutina de hombros un tanto sencilla, la verdad si estaba cansado de la uni, el día estuvo fuerte. al llegar a mi casa me hice algo de comer me duché y salí a entrenar, a pesar de estar un tanto enfermo durante estos días, me sentía muy bien como para ir a entrenar, estabamos muy activos.

La rutina estuvo conformada por ejerciciostales como: Flexiones en paradas de manos asistidas con una pared, Pseudo push ups, pike push ups y culminando con fondos en paralelas (para trabajar el hombro en este ejercicio se debe mantener una protacción escapular y al bajar inclinarse un poco hacia delante). Estos son ejercicios muy efectivos para fortalecer los hombros, los recomiendo mucho.
The routine consisted of exercises such as: Push-ups in handstands assisted with a wall, Pseudo push ups, pike push ups and culminating with parallel bottoms (to work the shoulder in this exercise you must maintain a scapular protraction and when lowering lean forward a little). These are very effective exercises to strengthen the shoulders, I highly recommend them.
