I have been spending more time outside and trying to keep my activity level up. The day was very nice. Cool in the morning with the temperature climbing to 95F in the afternoon. Walked around the loop and then planted some plants in the corner of the yard. This helped increase my activity. Hopefully it will be maintained in the next days. Take care.
