My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2022

Finally I was able to get over 10k of activity. All it took was going shopping and walking around three stores. We went to Target, Sports Academy and Costco. I bought some journals that were 70% off at Target, a pair of shoes 30% off at Sports academy and then some grocery shopping at Costco. I am glad the shopping is over with for a while as I do not like shopping or crowded stores. The good news is that it increased my activity. The big front came through last night and today it is 29F so my activity will drop back down big time. Take care.
